We are NOW HIRING for an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Lamberton Lake and the Plaza Apartments in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Dayshift hours.
Full Time/Year Round work. Our on call is 1 week every 4 weeks. NO ONE else offers the bonus structure, overall integrity and down to Earth culture that Monarch can provide for you. We'd love to talk to you!

What we are hoping for:
- 3+ years’ experience in maintenance, including 3+ years in multi-family housing
- HVAC or EPA Certification required
- Drywalling including painting and carpentry
- Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
- Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposals
- Water heater knowledge both electric and gas
