Today we are looking for a Full Time - Year Round Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Woodland Ridge Apartments located in Spring Lake, Michigan. Feel free to browse the property below and thanks for reading our job ad!
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM day shift hours. On call rotation is 1 week every 6 weeks to give you a great work life balance!
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

- Pay starts at $20.00 an hour
- Yearly raises up to 5%
- Quarterly maintenance bonus structure up to $3,000.00 Per Year!
- On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call regardless if called out. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call

Qualifications:
- 2 + years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent (we can train you!)
- EPA Certification strongly preferred
- Dry walling including painting and light carpentry
- Knowledge of light plumbing
- Knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Able to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposals
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
