What This Role Offers
- Competitive pay: $17 - $18 per hour depending on experience
- Schedule 40 hour mix of weekdays 8:30-5PM and some Saturdays 10-4PM
- Lucrative commission opportunities for every new lease-Up to $100 each (500 unit community with great commission potential)
- Annual raises with the opportunity for up to a five percent salary increase each year

What You Will Do as a Leasing Consultant
- Welcome and assist prospective residents by showcasing our community and leasing apartments
- Ensure that model and target apartments are well-maintained and ready for showings
- Conduct and report market surveys
- Manage leasing documentation, including applications and lease agreements
- Promote the community through marketing efforts such as Craigslist and other platforms
- Assist with resident retention and engagement programs
What We Are Looking For
- Previous leasing experience is a plus but not required; we will train the right candidate
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service mindset and ability to build relationships with residents
- Willingness to complete online training courses
- Availability to work two to three Saturdays per month
