SCHEDULE:
M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm
Some on-call at properties located in Evansville (About 1 week out of every 7 weeks)
- $32.00 to $35.00 per hour
- Up to $4,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses
- On-call bonus structure - up to $740 a year

What we need from you:
- Valid EPA / HVAC certification and demonstrated HVAC experience (including installs/ repairs)
- Valid pool certification (Preferred)
- 1+ years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent
- Some experience in apartment maintenance
- Some experience managing and/or executing capital projects
- Must be able to climb ladders, 6’ to 32’
- Must have basic safety knowledge and ability to apply principles to work (basic training will be provided within 30 days of hire if needed)
- General understanding and ability to complete the following:
- Dry walling, including painting and carpentry
- Plumbing, sweating copper pipe
- Electrical including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
- HVAC and/or boiler systems
- Water heaters, both electric and gas
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair appliances including but not limited to refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and garbage disposal
- Ability to self-manage and stay on task during solo projects
- Ability to travel and work between different sites as directed on a daily basis
