Our Harbor Point Community is looking for a new team member on our Grounds Crew for our North Milwaukee (Brown Deer area)
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (no weekends or evenings, paid holidays!)

- Hourly base pay from $18-$18.50/hr

ABOUT THE POSITION: 

*Groundskeepers Top Priority is Curb Appeal*

Curb Appeal covers landscape and the exterior image. Duties include cleaning of the driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, exterior hallways, or any other public areas; maintenance of
property flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas; snow removal; and pool cleaning or
routine pool maintenance when applicable.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

-Tree and bush trimming, grass cutting, and care of property grounds
-Removal of snow from property grounds (when applicable)
-Ensuring property and all public interior and exterior areas on site are clear and clean
-Spring and fall cleanup projects
-Maintenance, care, and inventory of all grounds-work and housekeeping related equipment
-Assist maintenance staff in areas such as light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall work
-Assist maintenance staff in make readies

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

-Valid Drivers License REQUIRED
-6 months related experience
-General knowledge of groundskeeping, landscaping, and basic maintenance tasks
-Ability to safely operate equipment
-Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)
