We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the Monarch family at Westchester Village Apartments. If you know your way around tools, can fix what’s broken, and want steady work with good pay and benefits, this is the job for you.

What You’ll Do:
- Knock out work orders and make-readies
- Handle painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs
- Keep the property looking good and running smooth
- Share on-call duties with the team
What We Need:
- 1+ year maintenance experience
- HVAC/EPA/CPO certs a big plus
- Skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
