This position is with our team at Lexington Park Apartments near Hilliard area, N. Columbus.

Benefits and Compensation:

- PAY: $15-$17/hr. (bi-weekly) + monthly commissions (experience-based pay)

Responsibilities:

-Greet and assist customers and existing tenants
-Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on-site amenities
-Lease vacant apartments to new residents
-Renew leasing contracts with existing residents
-Create and facilitate all leasing documentation and contracts
-Assist property team with marketing efforts
-Participate in community outreach for brand awareness
-Fostering and maintaining relationships with on-site residents

Requirements:

-Experience in multifamily leasing 
-High school diploma or equivalent

-Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs 
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Exceptional organizational skills
-40 hours a week, must be available to work Saturdays
