Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our amazing team at The Meadows of Coon Rapids in Coon Rapids, Minnesota.
The Meadows has promoted their last two Maintenance Technicians leaving open an amazing opportunity for you to eventually do the same!
This beautiful 148 unit property is clean, well maintained and cared for by the current staff. You will have access to amazing mentorship programs to help you gain more knowledge and grow your career. This is a hands on maintenance position with guaranteed full-time hours. On-call is required for all technicians every other week.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- 2+ years’ experience in maintenance
- 1+ years in multifamily housing preferred
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- EPA or HVAC experience and certification is preferred but not required.
- A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
