📍 Franktown, CO (On-Site) | 💼 Full-Time | 💵 $48,000–$58,000 Annually DOE
Monarch Investment and Management Group (MIMG) is seeking an experienced Leasing and Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Department in Franktown, CO. ⭐ Position Purpose:
The Leasing & Marketing Specialist is responsible for analyzing, developing, and executing property-specific marketing plans across the region. You’ll train, mentor, and oversee on-site leasing and marketing teams, ensure communities maintain strong online presence, and support rate recommendations and leasing performance.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop, update, and optimize community-specific Marketing Plans with Regional Marketing Directors
• Collaborate with Regional Managers, Assistant Regional Managers, Property Managers, and marketing staff
• Create and maintain high-quality leasing and marketing collateral within brand guidelines
• Analyze market surveys and recommend pricing adjustments and rental specials
• Monitor regional marketing trends and implement innovative strategies
• Review leasing calls and performance for underperforming properties, providing guidance
• Train and mentor on-site leasing teams using GraceHill, eLearning, webinars, and more
• Manage digital marketing efforts including Craigslist postings, website updates, and reputation management
• Conduct on-site audits of leasing processes, YARDI data, and lease files
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports

What You Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• 1+ year of apartment leasing or property management experience
• 3+ years of marketing experience (multifamily or investment property preferred)
• Proficiency with Craigslist, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), and digital marketing tools
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Professional presence and positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Willingness to travel regionally
• 1+ year of apartment leasing or property management experience
• 3+ years of marketing experience (multifamily or investment property preferred)
• Proficiency with Craigslist, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), and digital marketing tools
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Professional presence and positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Willingness to travel regionally
