Today we are looking for a Full Time - Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Forest Hills Apartments in Wilmington, NC.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 5 weeks
Full Time - Year Round work.

What we are offering: 

  • $22- $24/HR
  • Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000.00 Per Year!
  • On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call.
  • $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked

 Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
  • HVAC experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to help with on call and with snow removal

This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening.
