Monarch is hiring a career-minded Maintenance Technician at Park Commons Apartments (174 units). We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in their work and enjoys keeping things running smoothly.
Pay & Perks:
- $22–$26/hr + quarterly bonuses (up to $3,000/yr)
- On-call bonuses (up to $2,000/yr)

Job Duties:
- Complete work orders & unit turns
- Perform interior/exterior painting/staining
- Handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Grounds upkeep & shop organization
- Rotate on-call emergency coverage with team
Requirements:
- 1+ years’ maintenance experience
- EPA & CPO certifications preferred
- Skills in plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and appliance repair
