About the Role:
As a Multifamily Housing Analyst, you’ll partner with an Asset Manager to oversee and optimize a portfolio based in Missouri and Louisianna. Your expertise in financial analysis, market trends, and operations will drive strategic decisions and ensure our properties remain top-tier investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze property operations, financials, and market data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in underwriting models and due diligence for potential acquisitions
- Monitor and direct capital projects
- Evaluate and optimize vendor contracts
- Identify and assess investment risks
- Develop internal audit procedures to improve portfolio performance
- Conduct onsite visits within regions (approximately every 6-8 weeks or as needed)
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or related field
1-3 years of experience in real estate (multifamily preferred)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Yardi experience is a plus)
Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
Willingness to travel as needed to Missouri and Louisianna
