Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for cleaning vacant apartments for new occupants
• Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
• Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas
• Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed
• Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company
• Assists maintenance staff as requested, including but not limited to, preventative maintenance to buildings, moving appliances, and inspections

• 6+ months experience in general labor role preferred
• Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)
• General knowledge of daily maintenance groundskeeping/landscaping
• Ability to safely operate equipment
