What You’ll Be Doing:
- Respond to maintenance work orders promptly and efficiently
- Turn & prepare apartments for new residents
- Interior & exterior painting/staining
- HVAC troubleshooting & repairs (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
- Plumbing repairs (including sweating copper pipes)
- Electrical repairs (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
- Diagnose & repair appliances (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, disposals)
- Maintain property grounds & complete preventative maintenance
- Keep maintenance areas clean & organized
- Participate in on-call emergency maintenance rotation
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of maintenance experience (apartment or residential preferred)
- HVAC Certification (Preferred)
- EPA License (Preferred)
- CPO Certification (Preferred)
- Strong drywall, painting, and carpentry skills
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Water heater knowledge (electric & gas)
- Hands-on demonstration of skills required during the interview
