• Competitive salary: $70,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience)

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed leasing, renewal, and collections goals
• Build and maintain a strong, engaged resident community through events and programs
• Ensure timely resolution of resident requests, complaints, and maintenance work orders
• Operate the property within established budgets and financial guidelines
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing on-site team
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws, regulations, and company policies
• Oversee maintenance processes, small capital projects, and rehab initiatives
• Manage reporting, recordkeeping, and performance tracking accurately and efficiently

✅ Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience in multi-family housing
• Supervisory experience with 4+ employees preferred
• Proficiency with industry software (Yardi a plus)
• Familiarity with voucher/housing programs (preferred but not required)
• Strong understanding of fair housing and property management regulations
• Budget management and reporting experience
• Working knowledge of maintenance processes and project oversight
