We are actively interviewing qualified candidates for an experienced Yardi System Administrator (Multifamily) to join our team at our Franktown, CO office.
This position maintains and helps Monarch's Yardi accounting and property management software. This role ensures smooth property operations by maintaining data accuracy, troubleshooting issues, implementing software updates, and optimizing Yardi's functionality to support all teams and departments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Advanced proficiency in using ERP systems.
- Advanced experience in MS-SQL and relational database management.
- Advanced Experience in Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting (YSRs), ETL, and Columnar Reporting.
- Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating how to express ideas clearly and concisely.
- 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in Yardi (Voyager and Modules) or other multifamily software experience.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, demonstrating how to stay organized, precise, and accurate despite a high volume of emails and/or distractions.
- Perform root cause analysis and problem solve complex issues.
- 3 to 5 years of experience administering information systems.
- Experience working in accounting, IT or equivalent.
- Prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/spreadsheet applications.
