Description
Monarch Investment is seeking a Housekeeper to join our property team at the Candlelight Park Apartments in Davenport. Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of property models, amenities, vacant units and public access areas. We are offering up to $19/hrs, 2 weeks paid time off plus 9 holidays, and 20% discount on rent.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for cleaning all vacant apartments for new occupant
- Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas
- Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to housekeeping
