🛠️ Position Overview:
As our Groundskeeper, you’ll be the hero of our “curb appeal”! 🌟 You’ll maintain the beauty and cleanliness of our property grounds, landscaping, exterior common areas, pool, and more.
💰 What We Offer:
- 💵 Pay: $14 – $16/hour (based on experience)
- 💸 Quarterly Bonuses: Up to $750

🧹 Daily Responsibilities:
- 🚮 Keep exterior areas clean: driveways, parking lots, dumpster zones, hallways, etc.
- 🌱 Lawn mowing, edging, and trimming
- 🌸 Maintain flowerbeds & seasonal landscaping
- 🌳 Trim trees/shrubs and maintain irrigation systems
- ❄️ Snow removal during winter months
- 🏊♂️ Pool cleaning, routine maintenance, startup/closure
- 🧰 Support maintenance team with small tasks and inspections
- 🐾 Issue pet violation notices when necessary
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 🌿 At least 6 months of prior Groundskeeping/Landscaping experience
- 🧠 Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus – but not required
- 🔧 Basic irrigation and landscaping equipment knowledge
- 😊 Friendly, helpful attitude with strong customer service
- 🌡️ Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
