📍 Location: Waite Park, MN
🕘 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM (20–25 hours/week)
💰 Pay: $14–$16/hour (based on experience)

🧽 What You’ll Do:

  • Keep community spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
  • Maintain the appearance of the grounds and building common areas
  • Assist with light maintenance tasks, painting, and apartment turnovers
  • Help with trash removal and seasonal tasks (like snow cleanup)
  • Report any safety or maintenance concerns to the team

🔧 What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–6 months of experience in cleaning, maintenance, or groundskeeping (preferred but not required)
  • Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Basic maintenance or property knowledge is a plus
