💵 Compensation & Perks
  • $26.00–$28.00/hour (based on experience)
  • Up to $1,000 quarterly bonuses 
  • $100 weekly on-call bonus

⏰ Schedule
  • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • On-call rotation: 1 week every 5 weeks
👷‍♂️ What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on leadership role — not a desk job. You’ll lead by example while managing all aspects of property maintenance, including:
  • Completing work orders and unit turns
  • Maintaining property grounds and handling snow removal
  • Performing general repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
  • Partnering with the Property Manager on monthly budgets
  • Overseeing the community’s preventative maintenance program
✅ What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of general maintenance experience (2+ years in multifamily preferred)
  • Strong skills across trades: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, carpentry, and appliances
  • Supervisory experience (led at least one technician)
  • Budgeting knowledge a plus
  • EPA & HVAC (Boiler) certifications preferred
  • CPO certification required
