Job Description:

The Senior Analyst is someone who is curious but logical about analytics and how it can be used to improve the consumer experience. The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in identifying and shaping the analytics needs of our clients at a variety of levels. They will be skilled at working with a variety of internal and external teams at various touchpoints of the analytics lifecycle.

What You Will Do

  • Audit existing analytics to understand current performance, identify areas of improvement, and qualify and quantify opportunities for future engagement 
  • Review a variety of data sets (e.g. dashboards, reports, stakeholder inputs, etc), to create measurement and implementation plans
  • Contribute to the preparation of stakeholder interviews and workshops 
  • Develop goal frameworks based on client objectives and kpis
  • Translate client data needs to tracking implementation specs and reporting requirements 
  • Create dashboard frameworks, automating where possible, to identify actionable insights and drive business decision making
  • Contribute to the creations, execution, and analytics of Testing & Optimization programs, collaborating with other disciplines to identify successful experience strategies and visual design
  • Assist with research as it relates to personalization initiatives 
  • Collaborate with other teams throughout a project’s lifecycle
  • Assist fellow analysts when needed to share skills and experiences, creating a collaborative learning environment

What You Have

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital/web analytics
  • Ability to disseminate large data sets into functional, insightful outputs and translate those findings to recipients across a variety of analytics maturities
  • Analytical experience - data identification, collection, and reporting - across a variety of platforms
  • Experience in a variety of analytics platforms - particularly Google Analytics, Firebase, and Adobe
  • Some experience with tracking/tagging methods - Firebase, GTM, DTM/Launch are the most helpful
  • Experience with data visualization tools - particularly Data Studio and Tableau
  • Familiarity with additional marketing and testing platforms - Monetate, Optimzely, VWO
  • Familiarity with SQL, SAS, or Python is helpful although not required
  • A desire to set goals, demonstrate a willing attitude, and take initiative with little oversight
