The Presales Producer has a solid grounding in user experience design and generates collateral to drive the Mobiquity sales and rapid solutioning process with the goal of winning pursuits including RFPs and new opportunities. The person in this role will work closely with members of the creative team, sales team, and SMEs from Delivery Practices (Strategy, Product Engineering, Customer Experience, Delivery) responsible for driving new business. The primary responsibility is to understand client needs and key challenges and how Mobiquity is uniquely positioned to help; then converting the combined team insights into meaningful collateral, proposals and SOWs. 


You enjoy collaborating with internal team members, story-telling, succinctly writing copy and producing visuals that convey key experience and design thinking, at the right level and to the right audience.  Success in the role is predicated on the ability to capture and disseminate concepts and ideas with imperfect information, bringing people together in complex and sometimes ambiguous processes, and ultimately help facilitate solutioning from initial conversations to signed contracts. 

Responsibilities

  • Create presentations and produce strawman proposal decks oriented to a specific engagement so that Delivery Practice SMEs can expand upon them. 

  • Augment proposal decks with content that tells the right story, summarizes solutioning outputs such as scoped activities/deliverables, assumptions, project resources, timeline, and required client investment.  Work with Delivery Practice SMEs to complete the production of final proposals. 

  • Review client-provided collateral, with the ability to identify key information and contribute to the strategy to create a winning proposal involving the right set of Delivery SMEs needed to fully solution it. 

  • Attend presales meetings to capture detailed notes on the essential drivers and pain points, business goals, timelines and scope. 

  • Perform internet research to gather any missing or needed context for specific sales opportunities.

  • Produce content pertinent to the response needed for RFI/RFPs, such as summarizing Mobiquity’s understanding, our story, our approach to the specific ask, and inclusion of relevant case studies.

  • Assist in writing and reviewing SOWs that reflect authored slideware proposals.

  • Work with the Solutioning Team to help create reusable presentation content (for example, standard role and service descriptions, Mobiquity capabilities and our story, case studies, bios, etc.) to streamline the rapid creation of new decks.  

Requirements

  • Understands the delivery of user-centered design and UI/UX best practices.

  • 3+ years of working knowledge in UX/UI design requirements, including journeys, interactions and touchpoints, users/personas, accessibility needs, UX activities and deliverables. 

  • 5+ years in using PowerPoint and/or Keynote, Word, and Excel. 

  • Strong organization skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, easily able to craft visuals.

  • Experience with service contracts and writing SOWs.

  • Baseline understanding of digital consulting services, including application development, product engineering, and delivery practices.
