  • You build trusted relationships with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements and define customer experiences across touchpoints
  • You break down the requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, diagrams, etc. to create a product backlog
  • Work closely with UX/UI teams to define and challenge a customer experience 
  • You challenge stakeholders and business owners on the added value of the requirements, always asking 'Why'.
  • Together with the Designer, you refine the wireframes and designs.
  • Together with CXa and Strategy, you discover new opportunities for our clients
  • Once development has started you work with the team as a Product Owner by proxy for our client with a focus on optimizing/prioritizing product backlog.
  • As you want to deliver high-quality products, you work closely with QA and do in the User Acceptance Testing
  • Experience working with project and requirements management systems (eg JIRA)
  • Work with stakeholders to define product strategies and roadmaps
  • Active participant in product workshops to define customer empathy, need and possible solution
  • Project work in agile teams (with Mobiquity colleagues); for seniors also the role to start at the customer without a direct team and pave the road to further grow the clients with Sales
  • Assist in pre-sales and solutioning, work with sales and pre-sales consultants to solve the analytics part of customer engagements
  • Advocate for the CX team internally within Mobiquity and externally


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experienced in building product roadmaps
  • Product management experience, especially the ability to prioritize based on an interpretation of usage analytics in order to optimize digital products
  • Cross-channel product management 
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Flexible and able to handle ambiguity
  • Ability to think through and define product strategy
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to get a product to launch and help define how to listen and iterate for continued growth
  • Ability to conduct user research 
  • Experience in successfully launching a digital product through pilots and for mass consumption
  • Pragmatic, takes initiative, cool under pressure
  • Presentation etiquette 
  • Experience working with  Agile/Scrum software development
  • Experience with UX, design and analytics on a basic level
  • Experience working with project and requirements management systems (eg JIRA)
  • Experience in collecting product requirements 
  • Experienced in creating and managing an experience backlog
  • Product ROI modeling 
  • Create go-to-market/acquisition plans
  • An understanding of when data science & advanced analytics should be applied
  • Marketing background to help create product marketing/communication support
  • Ability to create user journeys
