We are currently seeking a Contracts Specialist to join our industry-leading team. As the Contracts Specialist you will be responsible for providing property coordination for the Property Management team.


  • Review, analyze, and interpret company agreements and municipal ordinance
  • Advise internal department groups regarding local construction requirements, permitting and other legal obligations
  • Interpret and understand company policies and procedures and effectively communicate them to internal departments and outside vendors
  • Draft written correspondences and negotiate, draft, review lease modification documents
  • Review and approve site specific documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with third parties regarding scope of construction projects
  • Project management – date entry, maintain milestone completion tracking in company database
  • Verify data in company databases to ensure that files are up-to-date and accurate
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Bachelor’s Degree required from accredited university, with a minimum three (3) years of telecommunications or municipal planning experience
  • Background in legal, contract management, or project management a plus
  • Ability to comprehend legal documents such as permits, easements, leases, etc.
  • Knowledge of local and regional zoning, planning, and land use procedures
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Acute attention to detail with strong problem resolution skills
  • Ability to appropriately prioritize workflow and manage and complete multiple projects
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent organization skills

The starting base pay for this role is between $65,000 and $75,000. Starting base pay is to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with market data. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
