About This Role

The Land Acquisition Coordinator is an ideal new opportunity for someone looking to further their knowledge and skillset within high-end residential construction sales. You’ll play an important role on our sales team by participating in and supporting sales activities and managing the feasibility process for prospective properties. You’ll learn the ins and outs of property acquisition and help build processes to scale our team. Along the way, we’ll provide you with hands on support and access to unique learning opportunities within the team. On a Given Day, Your Work Might Include

  • Researching and gathering information to verify property feasibility and providing recommendations for approval or rejection.
  • Preparing internal documents around feasibility
  • Updating sales activities in Salesforce
  • Engaging directly with neighbors and potential home sellers via email and phone calls
  • Responding to call-in or email leads from marketing or referral network
  • Presenting land acquisition activities summary to land acquisition team
  • Supporting the Land Acquisition team on ad hoc departmental projects or request
     

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years’ experience in sales and/or customer service is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively (re)prioritize tasks based on competing urgencies or needs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • General knowledge of neighborhoods in core Eastside locations, specifically Bellevue and Kirkland
  • Familiarity with real estate and market trends in King County metro area
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required to be furnished upon hire absent an approved accommodation


Travel & Vehicle Requirements:

  • Regular travel between prospective job sites and the office is required
  • Valid WA State Driver’s License

Hours & Compensation
 

This is a full-time position paying $25.00/hr – $34.61/hr. The hourly range represents the anticipated low and high end of the hourly range for this position. Individual placement within a salary range will vary based upon factors including but not limited to candidate experience, knowledge, individual, skills, and organizational performance.
