About This Role
Our Project Managers own the construction management of single-family homes (residential, in-fill) from start to finish. From nearly Day 1, you will be handed a home and guided through the MN way of building it. You will create the budget, specs and schedule, and oversee every aspect of your project’s progression through each phase of construction. That may sound a little overwhelming to jump right into, but we’ll make sure you receive continuous support, a customized career progression path, and tailored learning to help ensure your success and growth at MN.
On a Given Day, Your Work Might Include
- Visiting your job site(s) to ensure safety standards and guidelines are being followed, and labor is progressing as scheduled
- Managing the permitting and jurisdiction inspections as well as subcontractor scheduling
- Troubleshooting and collaborating with subs and field staff to resolve issues and find win-win solution's
- Supporting your homebuyer through the presale, orientation, and warranty processes
- Resolving any defects for your homebuyer that arise during the warranty period
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, or stretching
- Lifting up to 20lbs occasionally
- Standing and/or walking for extended periods of time
Travel & Vehicle Requirements
- Regular travel between job sites within a 5-mile radius of Bellevue and Kirkland
- Valid WA State driver’s license, an acceptable driving record and proof of vehicle insurance are required
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is strongly preferred
- 3-7 years' experience in high-volume residential construction management. Can include a mix of project management and superintendent roles
- Ability to walk a job site and accurately assess the extent to which safety, quality, and productivity standards are being met by subs and field staff
- Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office Suite and Bluebeam
- Ability to identify problems or gaps between current and desired states, and propose appropriate solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the willingness to be a proactive partner in a collaborative, tight-knit industry
- Ability to (re)prioritize and pivot effectively, picking up where you left off without missing a beat
- Willingness to learn, and an open mind about doing things you’ve done before in new ways

Hours & Compensation
This is a full-time position paying $110,000 – $125,000. Per home performance bonuses are available in this role and vary based on individual performance as well as lot and home variables. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Individual placement within a salary range will vary based upon factors including but not limited to candidate experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and organizational performance.
