About This Role
The Recruiter is an ideal role for someone seeking to make a direct impact on peoples’ careers and the culture of our company. You’ll manage the day-to-day of our recruitment activities ensuring a smooth candidate experience at each step of our hiring process. Big picture you’ll play a key role in building and shaping our team, and ensuring we have the bench strength to tackle our biggest challenges as we grow. Along the way, you’ll partner with the HR team to help build out the scalability of key functions and participate in exciting initiatives we’re bringing to MN!
  

On a Given Day, Your Work Might Include       

  • Running the recruitment pipeline: posting job ads, sourcing talent, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens, extending offers and conducting reference checks
  • Welcoming and guiding new employees through the onboarding process
  • Gathering role requirements from hiring managers and SMEs, and writing compelling job ads
  • Communicating with candidates and third parties regarding interview and hiring statuses
  • Tracking and maintaining recruitment metrics and reports
  • Researching local hiring climate, talent levels, recruitment trends to gather ideas to innovate or improve recruitment efforts
  • Lending a hand to the HR team for onboarding, orientation or other ad hoc projects


What You’ll Need to Succeed
     
   

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in HR, Recruitment, or similar role
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous recruitment experience working with popular job posting and professional network sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the willingness to be a proactive partner in a collaborative team environment
  • Comfort and flexibility in taking on new tasks or projects and lending a hand
  • Ability to (re)prioritize and multitask effectively, picking up where you left off without missing a beat
  • Ability to learn and retain information quickly, and understand general upstream/downstream implications
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required to be furnished upon hire absent an approved accommodation

Hours & Compensation
 
This is a full-time position paying $74,000 – $103,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Individual placement within a salary range will vary based upon factors including but not limited to candidate experience, knowledge, individual skills, and organizational performance.
