About This Role
The Land Acquisition Sales Manager leads and supports the Land Acquisition team, focusing on improving lead generation, conversion, and project feasibility. They manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team ensuring smooth business operations. Their key responsibilities include coaching team members on deals, refining processes, collaborating with other departments, standardizing workflows, and fostering a positive customer experience.
On a Given Day, Your Work Might Include
- Oversees daily performance of the Land Acquisition team, focusing on lead generation, conversion, feasibility, and post-feasibility processes.
- Supports the sales team by managing open opportunities and driving their conversion into new projects.
- Manages daily activities, workflows, and overall success of the Land Acquisition Associate (BDR) team.
- Identifies and implements processes, technology, and best practices to continuously improve sales department functions.
- Provides proactive sales coaching and development to ensure team growth and success.
- Collaborates with architecture and operations teams to assess and ensure project feasibility.
- Documents current workflows and processes for standardization, training, and consistent implementation.
- Conducts weekly one-on-one and team meetings to drive alignment and performance.
- Ensures timely and accurate distribution of critical information within the team.
- Oversees the customer experience, ensuring positive interactions from lead inception through property close.
- Models and reinforces behaviors aligned with the Company’s values, mission, and culture.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- This position requires frequent use of a computer, including keyboard functions and visual acuity of 20 inches or fewer on a daily basis
- Frequent sitting (up to 8 hours a day in total)
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds on occasion with or without accommodation
Travel & Vehicle Requirements:
- Regular travel between prospective job sites and the office is required
- Valid WA State Driver’s License
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3-5 years sales experience
- Sales management experience required
- Experience using sales enablement software preferred
- Industry experience in real estate or residential construction is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, or other CRM
- Proven experience managing and building high-performing sales teams that can work independently in a competitive market
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, and written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively (re)prioritize tasks based on competing urgencies or needs
- Ability to self-direct and work effectively independently
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- General knowledge of neighborhoods in core Eastside locations, specifically Bellevue and Kirkland
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Outlook

Hours & Compensation
This is a full-time position paying $99,855 – $149,782. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Individual placement within a salary range will vary based upon factors including but not limited to candidate experience, knowledge, individual, skills, and organizational performance.
