About This Role

The Financial Analyst is responsible for and will serve as the company’s go-to for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Big picture, this role will help us leverage data to drive key business decisions at the executive level. You’ll develop, maintain financial reports, identify areas to improve data collection, measurement and analysis to focus on areas for improvement. Day-to-day you’ll analyze business performance drivers and support the development of KPI/metric dashboards that enable data-driven decision making. On a Given Day,  Your Work Might Include

  • Developing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the business
  • Managing and developing key performance indicators (KPI) for the company
  • Synthesizing data and communicating results to the Finance team and business
  • Partnering with business leaders across the organization to deliver proposals
  • Performing ad-hoc research and analysis to support business decisions
  • Identifying areas to improve data, automate reports and processes, resulting in greater accuracy and efficiency 
  • Tracking industry trends and news to inform your analysis, data collection, and report production
  • Assembling and analyzing macro and micro economic data relating to real estate market fundamentals
  • Proactively identifying challenges and trends and work closely with management to develop research objectives, plan research projects, and report findings to management 


What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or Marketing
  • 3-5 years’ related experience required
  • Advanced experience with PowerBI or equivalent data visualization software
  • Advanced in Excel, PowerPoint, basic understanding of SQL
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting
  • Basic knowledge and proficiency in Tableau
  • Experience managing and manipulating large amounts of complex data
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required to be furnished upon hire absent an approved accommodation

Hours & Compensation
 

This is a full-time position paying $85,600-$128,400. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Individual placement within a salary range will vary based upon factors including but not limited to candidate experience, knowledge, individual, skills, and organizational performance.
