About This Role
The Head of Treasury & Partnership Finance is a high-impact leader who sits at the intersection of financial rigor and commercial innovation. Reporting directly to the CFO, this leader doesn't just manage cash, they build the financial infrastructure that powers growth, fortifies the balance sheet, and unlocks new revenue streams through best-in-class financing partnerships.
This is a rare opportunity for a dynamic finance leader who thinks like an operator, moves like an entrepreneur, and executes like a seasoned treasury professional. You'll own the full treasury function while simultaneously developing a portfolio of financing partnerships that drives material economic value across the enterprise.
On a Given Day, Your Work Might Include
Treasury Operations & Capital Strategy
- Lead all treasury operations including cash management, liquidity planning, capital structure optimization, and investment strategy with a relentless focus on efficiency and scalability.
- Develop sophisticated, dynamic cash forecasting models in close collaboration with Finance and Accounting, optimizing intercompany funding, capital allocations, and cash mobility across the enterprise.
- Manage the company's debt portfolio end-to-end: covenant compliance, reporting obligations, and proactive lender communications that reinforce confidence and preserve financial flexibility.
- Own and evolve banking relationships by continuously identifying opportunities to improve structures, reduce friction, and unlock incremental value.
- Scale treasury systems that drive automation, real-time insight, and institutional-grade controls. on liquidity position, debt metrics, risk exposure, and capital deployment opportunities. turning data into strategic narrative.
Financing Partnerships & Revenue Innovation
- Identify, structure, and manage a portfolio of strategic financing partnerships, including lenders, fintechs, capital providers, and financial intermediaries that create new revenue streams and differentiated financial products for the company.
- Lead end-to-end deal origination, negotiation, and execution for partnership financing agreements; manage ongoing relationship governance and performance tracking.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to embed financing solutions that drive customer value, competitive differentiation, and top-line growth.
- Develop and present compelling business cases and financial models to the CFO and executive team, translating complex deal structures into clear strategic rationale.
Leadership & Technology Deployment
- Build, inspire, and mentor a high-performing treasury and partnership finance team capable of operating with speed, precision, and strategic judgment.
- Champion the digital transformation of the treasury and partnership finance function deploying automation, AI-assisted analytics, and integrated data pipelines to elevate decision quality and reduce manual effort.
- Leverage data and technology to build real-time dashboards and predictive models that keep leadership ahead of liquidity needs, risk exposures, and capital opportunities
- Own the full employee lifecycle for your team: recruiting top talent, onboarding, coaching, performance management, development planning, and succession planning.
- Model the company's values and culture; create an environment where intellectual curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement thrive.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline required.
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in treasury and/or partnership finance.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or a company with financing-as-a-product model strongly preferred.
- CPA, CTP, or CFA preferred — but the right combination of experience and impact matters more than credentials.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and global regulatory requirements related to treasury and capital management.
Working Environment & Physical Requirements
- This position requires extensive use of a computer, including keyboard functions, and visual acuity of 20 inches or fewer on a daily basis
- Must be able to work in office Monday – Friday, within core business hours of 8AM-5PM

Hours & Compensation
This is a full-time position paying $132,900 - $246,700 (+ discretionary bonus). The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Individual placement within a salary range will vary based upon factors including but not limited to candidate experience, knowledge, individual, skills, and organizational performance.
