About This Role
The SVP of Sales & Marketing is responsible for driving revenue-generating functions and activities within the organization. This role will develop and drive strategy for all aspects of sales, land acquisition, brand and customer experience across businesses/markets. This position will collaborate and partner with all departments to drive sales, market growth, and brand and market recognition.
The SVP of Sales & Marketing will oversee home sales, broker utilization, customer experience, land acquisition and marketing teams that fuels the company’s growth, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence in these critical areas.
On a Given Day, Your Work Might Include
Revenue Growth & Sales Leadership.
- Develops and implements strategies to achieve revenue goals across all sales channels, including home sales through broker partnerships and land acquisition efforts.
- Leads, mentors, and manages the sales team to drive ambitious growth targets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develops and implements best practices for training, process and efficiency to scale and meet company objectives.
- Oversees the sales process for completed home transactions and the strategic acquisition of land to support the company's growth trajectory.
- Develops KPIs and analytics to drive sales and land optimization.
- Identifies and capitalizes on new market opportunities, ensuring sustainable revenue streams.
Expansion & Business Development
- Supports efforts to enter new markets, develop partnerships, and scale the business.
- Drives strategic initiatives to expand product offerings, geographic presence, and land acquisition opportunities that fuel growth.
- Ensures consistency in process, brand and customer experience.
Brand Strategy & Alignment
- Develops Brand strategy and collaborate on product offerings to deliver brand premium.
- Ensures the brand’s identity and messaging resonates across all customer touchpoints.
- Collaborates with the marketing team to position the brand as a market leader.
- Oversees brand initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty and differentiation.
- Tracks key metrics and KPIs to measure brand strength and market position.
Customer Experience & Strategy
- Partners with stakeholders to develop and drive Customer strategy that aligns with Company goals and brand positioning.
- Drives end-to-end mapping and optimization to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Develops best practices and embeds key metrics and customer feedback and insights into processes for continuous improvement associated with driving customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
- Monitors market trends and competitor activities to inform expansion decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Fosters collaboration across sales, marketing, customer experience, and brand teams.
- Ensures all teams are aligned toward unified revenue, sales, and customer growth goals.
- Serve as a key advisor to the CEO on revenue, sales, and growth strategies.
Working Environment & Physical Requirements
- This position requires frequent use of a computer, including keyboard functions and visual acuity of 20 inches or fewer on a daily basis.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Travel & Vehicle Requirements
- Occasional local travel within Bellevue, WA area and potentially to Scottsdale, AZ, and/or other markets.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree or in a relevant field is preferred.
- 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in sales, marketing, and revenue-related roles.
- Proven success in managing and aligning multiple revenue-generating teams (e.g., sales, marketing, customer success).
- Ability to develop and execute a clear, long-term revenue strategy aligned with the luxury homebuilding market, focusing on both sales’ growth and brand positioning.
- Expertise in the unique preferences, motivations, and buying behaviors of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs).
- Proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams, setting ambitious yet achievable goals, and fostering a results-driven culture.
- Track record of designing and deploying best practices around process, training and efficiency.
- Strong sense of how to maintain and elevate the brand's exclusivity and prestige, ensuring consistency in messaging, customer experience, and market presence.
- Exceptional focus on understanding and addressing customer needs, delivering a bespoke, white-glove experience throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Strong network of industry connections with architects, interior designers, real estate agents, and other professionals who cater to luxury clientele.
- Expertise in luxury branding and digital marketing strategies, including influencer partnerships, high-end events, and leveraging social media to attract affluent buyers.
- Ability to analyze market trends, buyer insights, and sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and allocate resources effectively.
- Works seamlessly across departments (e.g., design, construction, and marketing) to align goals and create a cohesive customer experience.
- Capable of responding quickly to market shifts, changes in consumer preferences, or competitive challenges in the high-stakes luxury space.
- Understands the value of personalization in the luxury market and ensures the company delivers tailored solutions to meet each client’s needs.
- Strong focus on achieving measurable revenue growth while maintaining the integrity of the brand and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Commanding yet approachable demeanor that inspires confidence in employees, partners, and clients, essential for representing the brand at high-profile events or negotiations.
- Drives the adoption of cutting-edge technologies (e.g., virtual tours, smart home integrations) and green building practices to differentiate the company in the competitive luxury market.

Hours & Compensation
This is a full-time position paying $205,800 - $329,300 + discretionary bonuses. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Individual placement within a salary range will vary based upon factors including but not limited to candidate experience, knowledge, individual, skills, and organizational performance.
