What You’ll Do
  • Manage the agencies and the day to day development/execution of search, shopping, affiliate, display, video and paid social media campaigns
  • Primary point of contact for all execution needs from the various media agencies
  • Identify opportunities with the agencies and provide channel-specific guidance/input on media plans, assessment of campaign progress, and ongoing optimization opportunities
  • Monitor, track and analyze metrics to pull insights into campaign performance, and provide recommendations for campaign optimization
  • Support the planning, development and execution of campaigns - creative and target segmentation
  • Develop creative brief and project manage creative needs for paid media campaigns
  • Manage media budgets and KPIs (including ROAS and CAC targets)
  • Leverage first-party data for targeting and insights
  • For in-house campaigns: create digital advertising campaign structures, develop and upload creative materials, and perform QA across various platforms
What You’ll Need
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or media agency experience related to search, shopping, and paid social
  • Excellent analytical skills with A/B testing experience across all channels and the ability to analyze data, identify key insights, and provide recommendations
  • Proven track record of effectively creating, executing and continually optimizing successful paid media campaigns
  • Ability to continuously develop new ideas, and test them to identify best practices
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize campaign findings / insights and make them actionable for cross-functional and agency teams
  • Ability to set goals and execute under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of both pixel and first-party measurement and tracking
  • Strong project management skills
  • Prior B2C experience preferred
  • Adwords, Bing, Google Analytics, and Facebook Platforms experience a must
  • Knowledge of Impact, Segment, and Looker platforms a plus
  • Shopping Feed management a plus
