Mitsubishi Motors North America, the fastest growing non-luxury brand in the United States, is seeking a highly-skilled, experienced executive to join our leadership team. As the Vice President of Aftersales, you will be responsible for all aspects of MMNA’s parts and service functions, including parts and accessory planning, parts supply chain, process improvement, service retention, customer experience, product quality and support, technical training, warranty and customer relations, to support the achievement of company and global aftersales objectives. You will also provide management and oversight, demonstrating a commitment to excellence at all times. You will collaborate with all senior leadership in order to meet the company’s objectives, in addition to having a passion for success and a proven record of successful strategic planning and implementation. 

What You'll Be Doing: 

  • Develop and implement key aftersales strategies that support the achievement of MMNA’s and parent company revenue and profit plans.
  • Determine and present opportunities to improve dealer performance and customer engagement.
  • Develop innovative approaches, technology, and processes to improve service sales, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish key performance indicators and develop substantive plans to achieve targets.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, including business case analysis, financials, and detailed implementation plans with milestones, and post-project review.
  • Oversee broad quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify, recommend, and support aftersales growth opportunities.
  • Work in tandem with the Sales team to develop objectives and oversee the performance of regional aftersales staff.

 What You'll Have: 

  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of automotive aftersales operations.
  • 15 years of hands-on OEM professional-level experience which may include, parts planning, supply chain, logistics, warranty, customer service, marketing, parts warehouse, product support, market research
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or a combination of education and related work experience.
  • 10 or more years of people/team management experience, including manager-level positions.
  • Comprehensive computer skills and working knowledge of systems including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, parts inventory, retail inventory management, and other related applications.
  • May require up to 10% overnight travel, including international
  • Goal-oriented and able to motivate and positively influence your team to achieve objectives
