CRM Database & Program Analyst

 

Mitsubishi Motors North America is relocating its Headquarters from Cypress, CA to Franklin, TN! In support of our exciting big move, we are looking for a CRM Database & Program Analyst to join our CRM team. As a CRM Database & Program Analyst, you will be responsible for campaign data strategies; building and executing campaigns through a campaign management tool; understanding database structures and working with internal and external resources to maintain the integrity and usability of the database; campaign reporting and analysis through multiple reporting tools to measure activity from campaign execution through email and website click stream behavior and sales results; as well as overall analysis of CRM programs including identification of key success drivers. You will be involved in the development of program strategies to ensure synergies between sales and aftersales while managing data hierarchy and processes for pilots and program roll-outs.


What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Support Marketing Department data analysis and reporting, maintaining a dashboard for reporting KPIs and ensuring KPIs and learnings are incorporated into vehicle launch and sustainment plans.
  • Generates various customer segmentation reports using demographics, profitability, single vs. multiple ownerships, etc. allowing focused and targeted marketing and advertising initiatives to be planned and implemented accordingly. Coordinates with other departments to establish business rules for producing consistency in reporting.
  • Creates ad-hoc reports as requested by CRM Team and other Business Units so related studies and analysis can be done on time, efficiently and effectively.
  • Analyze campaign and program results to identify incremental opportunities.  Proposes ideas for campaigns and identifies potential customers based on consumer engagement trends and market research reports to tailor marketing strategies and ensure they are designed and implemented to be most effective.
  • Translation of business issues into data mining analysis and output with clear deliverables to support operations in resolving issues and meeting business targets on time.
  • Coordinate and manage service reporting deliverable from internal and external partners, complete internal audits, report finalization and distribution to MMNA partners.
  • Coordinate report generation against CRM KPI’s.
  • Function as data systems/platform expert for the department.
  • Develops and translates CRM’s data protocols and processes. 
  • Develops individual campaign data processing instructions and obtains approval from CRM Management.
  • Builds campaigns within SDL and Social Platforms or equivalent campaign management tool.
  • Establishes up front testing plan and analyzes results upon campaign completion.
  • Act as department liaison with other departments to jointly develop projects central to achieving corporate, data retention and data mining objectives.
  • Responsible for data integrity and directing all data hygiene processes. Develop and maintain processes that ensure accurate data in multiple databases and systems.  Identify and control data duplicates and coordinate with IT for proper synchronization within system when doing analysis.
  • Support data migration, ingestion and integration from external resources within CRM’s ODS and Campaign Management data environments acting as project owner and providing end-to-end implementation planning. 
  • Function as data systems/platform expert for the department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.

 

What you’ll have:

 

  • 1-2 years of experience in database management and analysis, preferably in Direct Marketing and/or CRM field.
  • Strong command over statistical techniques (like; trend analysis, hypothesis testing, correlation, regression, probability and population distributions, and graphical and statistical modeling skills).
  • Proficient with advanced campaign management.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to team project, and self-discipline.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to details.
  • BA/BS in Business Administration, related degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
