Summary of the Role: 

MMNA is seeking a Dealer Development Administrator to join their Northeast Region team. As a Dealer Development Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating, administering, and monitoring franchise & business management activities to support the Regional Dealer Development Manager and National Dealer Development Manager. Responsibilities:  
    • Coordinate all renewals with the Dealers, Network Development Managers, and District Managers.
    • Manage, submit, and track the flow of all renewals in the on-line Dealer Package Management System (DPMS). 
    • Assist Network Development Managers with initiating dealer actions in the Dealer Package Management System with open points, buy/sells, relocations, ownership changes, etc.
    • Review documents in the Dealer Package Management System for accuracy and work with dealers/Network Development Managers for correction if necessary. 
    • Assemble and communicate in writing, dealer instructions on completing, signing, and returning Dealer Agreement documents for final submission to National Dealer Network. 
    • Track and follow-up on all financial statement submission with goal of 100% submission.
    • Maintain all Dealer Network Dealer Agreement files/documents for active and terminated dealers.
    • Track completion of Franchise, Sales, and Aftersales check sheets for new dealers and buy/sell dealers.
    • Assist in the coordination of New Dealer Launch and Follow-Up meetings with regional and field managers.
    • Track Dealer Visual Identity Program enrollments and provide weekly reports to Regional Dealer Network Manager & Network Development Manager.
    • Assist Sales Operations with initiating and tracking completion of the annual Minimum Sales Responsibility (MSR) reviews with the DSMs.
    • Assist Regional and District Managers with Dealer Business Intelligence (DBI) analysis and composite reports.
    • Provide support to Regional Dealer Network Manager and Network Development Managers.

    Location of Position:

    This position is located in MMNAs Northeast Regional Office in Swedesboro, NJ.  

    Required Qualifications:      

      • 1 + years of retail or automotive experience
      • Comprehensive verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Knowledge of dealer financial statements a plus
      • Familiarity of systems
      • Ability to work effectively on multiple priorities, while delivering quality results.
      • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite which includes Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
