Call Center Representative
Mitsubishi Motors is currently seeking highly motivated and energetic Tier 1 Call Center Representatives to support our Aftersales Service team. As a Tier 1 Call Center Representative you will provide exceptional customer service to inbound callers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handle up to 50 calls per day to resolve customer concerns/questions regarding their vehicles.
- Assist customers with warranty questions, vehicle features, and sales issues.
- Verify and update customer information and inbound call details efficiently and accurately in a customer database.
- Create and assign cases to other departments for resolution.
- Respond to customer email communications and correspondence.
- Respond to customer inbound calls efficiently and maintain a high level of availability to incoming calls.
What you’ll have:
- Minimum 1 year of previous Inbound Call Center experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle heavy volumes, use good judgment and decision-making practices.
- Bilingual Spanish/English encouraged to apply, but not required.
