Description

Mitsubishi Motors is currently seeking highly motivated and energetic Tier 1 Call Center Representatives to support our Aftersales Service team. As a Tier 1 Call Center Representative you will provide exceptional customer service to inbound callers.

This position is a long-term temporary job, with the opportunity for full time employment.
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm, 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handle up to 50 calls per day to resolve customer concerns/questions regarding their vehicles.
  • Assist customers with warranty questions, vehicle features, and sales issues.
  • Verify and update customer information and inbound call details efficiently and accurately in a customer database.
  • Create and assign cases to other departments for resolution.
  • Respond to customer email communications and correspondence.
  • Respond to customer inbound calls efficiently and maintain a high level of availability to incoming calls.

What you’ll have:

  • Minimum 1 year of previous Inbound Call Center experience.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle heavy volumes, use good judgment and decision-making practices.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English encouraged to apply, but not required.
