Description

Mitsubishi Motors North America is looking for a Fleet Remarketing Specialist to join our Distribution team. As a Fleet Remarketing Specialist, you will Coordinate fleet distribution and production orders and provide account support. Coordinate and perform remarketing functions while supporting manager and auctions.


What you’ll be doing:

  • 1. Fleet - responsible for all rental and commercial accounts/vehicles regarding administration and systems - to analyze, process & input production, distribute pricing & specs to fleet accounts when necessary, process purchase orders, assign vehicles, ensure timely shipments to attain fleet accounts’ windows of delivery, communication internally (various departments) and externally (fleet accounts and dealers) and damage resolution. Specific other duties are as follows:
  • Create and maintain drop-ship codes and submit cash draft requests to Accounting.
  • Input, modify and maintain fleet contracts in OMS system.
  • Set monthly fleet objective by model, by window, by transit mode, ensuring optimization of fleet shipments at all times
  • Develop, maintain, monitor and distribute necessary fleet reports internally and externally.
  • Maintain fleet account shipping information, incentives, and accruals on a monthly basis.
  • Process courtesy delivery, time reimbursement, damage claims, etc., payment requests.
  • Maintain fleet inventory and work with National Distribution regarding the rundown, fleet swaps and inventory availability.
  • Maintain & distribute the fleet plan monthly, and as needed basis.
  • Pre-pare DocuSign for various fleet related information and billing.
Remarketing – responsible for all termed inventory at HQ, on hold for purchase or damage, in transit to auction, at auction, initiate and monitor auction to auction moves, closely monitor aging inventory, pull titles/MSO’s and send to auction, resolve title issues and exceptions, and create duplicate MSO’s when necessary. Specific other duties are as follows:
  • Set weekly vehicle blocks (pricing) using latest residual information, send to auction, set monthly sale schedule and create/post monthly auction calendar.
  • Price and sell corporate and Warranty Buyback vehicles at or above BP objectives
  • Process courtesy delivery, time reimbursement, damage claims, etc., payment requests.
  • Maintain fleet inventory and work with National Distribution regarding the rundown, fleet swaps and inventory availability.
  • Maintain & distribute the fleet plan monthly, and as needed basis.
  • Set weekly vehicle blocks (pricing) using latest residual information, send to auction, set monthly sale schedule and create/post monthly auction calendar.
What you'll have:
  • 2 to 5 years in vehicle distribution, vehicle services, company car, customer service, analysis/reporting or related experience preferred.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Admin/related area or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
