Mitsubishi Motors North America is looking for a Dealer Network Specialist to support our Visual Identity (VI) Program. As the Dealer Network Specialist, you will manage the dealership VI program with the VI vendor to ensure all program requirements are met and that the process moves forward with maximum efficiency. You will prepare and coordinate credits and dealer payments under the MMC VI incentive program, and work with vendors of showroom promotional materials to ensure that product availability is maintained.

A representation of the responsibilities is outlined below:

  • Interface with vendor of dealership VI including analyzing and approving sign proposals ensuring conformance with company standards, and resolution of dealer or Region management concerns that arise in connection with Visual Identity process
  • Compile documentation required for review by MMC to determine subsidy eligibility of signs; which entails following up with proper product invoices, photos, completed installation invoice and completion report.
  • Oversee vendors of showroom promotional materials to ensure product and pricing information is maintained, and that vendors perform in a satisfactory manner
  • Project management for VI compliance from initiation order to completion for the dealers. Develop tracking system through DPMS and assist in defining project scope for the regions
  • Provide status reports on weekly and monthly basis to regions, vendor and executive which monitors the status of each project. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required

Location of Position

This position is located in Franklin, Tennessee (the greater Nashville area) and the successful candidate must be located in TN.  While this role will require some presence in the office and at other locations, it will be a hybrid role with ability to work from home an average of 3 days per week.  Infrequent travel may be required.

Position Requirements and “Nice to Haves”:

  • 4 - 7 years progressive exempt-level wholesale automotive experience.
  • Project Management
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior Dealer Placement/Development experience.
  • Prior market analysis experience including color graphics workstation, demographic studies, and mapping.
  • Must be able to work a full-time schedule (5 days per week, at least 40 hours per week).
