Privacy Operations Specialist (HYBRID WORKING)


The position

Miniclip is looking to hire a Privacy Operations Specialist in our Lisbon Studio. 

This is a permanent role, please only apply if you have the right to work in Portugal.


What will you do?

Based in the Operations team and reporting to the Operations Lead, the Privacy Operations Specialist role will afford you the opportunity to collaborate with the DPO in designing, reviewing and perfecting privacy operations at Miniclip and its group companies.

The DPO supports a broad range of functions and teams within the company, including advertising, marketing, business intelligence, customer experience, security, and human resources to name a few! You will help oversee Miniclip data protection programme by operationalising, streamlining and automating privacy compliance workflows (e.g. our data mapping, register of processing activity, data protection impact assessments etc.), liaising with key stakeholders to collect metrics, creating dashboards, and monitoring the performance of the programme to spot inefficiencies and opportunities to improve.

You have a strong work ethic, impeccable judgement and are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever changing (and extremely exciting!) environment.



The ideal candidate

  • Have strong organisational and process-oriented skills
  • Have hands-on approach and love designing company-wide scalable solutions
  • Have analytical skills and the ability to work with attention to detail, maintaining a high bar of consistency, accuracy, and quality
  • Be able to work on own initiative
  • Be able to juggle conflicting demands and effectively prioritise
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferably have knowledge and understanding of data protection laws (such as GDPR) or a keen interest in learning more about it









  • Primary responsibility for the OneTrust Privacy Platform with respect to privacy operations (e.g. data mapping, assessments automation, vendor risk management) 
  • Creating automations and facilitating integrations with other processes and technical environments
  • Continuing to review, test and finesse privacy procedures.
  • Collecting and maintaining privacy metrics and dashboards to monitor the performance of the programme
  • Working closely with global cross-functional stakeholders to align and discover strategic opportunities to enhance our privacy-by-design approach.
  • Supporting the DPO in other tasks connected with Miniclip data protection programme as relevant
