Level 1 Test Operator
Description
Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. With design, sales and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits’ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Mini-Circuits’ sells its products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, sales representatives, as well as through our extensive website.
- Set up test equipment and conduct testing using production test programs, following documented procedures.
- Ensure the workstation is ESD-safe before starting any tasks.
- Correctly segregate nonconforming products according to established procedures.
- Document completed production runs in accordance with D2-MT01.
- Complete failure reports when applicable.
- Save all required test data to the network.
- Return test fixtures to the designated holding area and store unused accessories in their proper bins.
- Report any discrepancies in test documents currently in use.
- Verify the calibration status of test equipment.
- Confirm the revision status of documents via the Universal Viewer.
- Use the Docsys database to review documents.
- Utilize AS400 for clocking in/out and managing work assignments.
- Identify potential issues and promptly inform the team leader, supervisor, or manager.
- High school diploma with vocational background, two years of technical school (TCI) or an Engineering degree, preferred.
- 6 months experience in test or related experience, preferred.
- Ability to read, write and orally communicate in English.
- Ability to distinguish colors in accordance with ISHIRA test for color blindness.
