Level 1 Final Inspector
Description
Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures, and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. With design, sales, and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits’ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Position Summary:
The L1 Final Inspector is responsible for performing a final inspection of the units following established procedures. They are also responsible for the proper packing of units that will be shipped to stock and/or customers.
Job Function:
- Pack units for shipment according to established company packing procedures in Arena.
- Maintain records of items packed.
- Ensure all units received in the department are packaged by the scheduled delivery date.
- Recognize the difference between acceptable and non-acceptable units.
- Verify, complete, and sign the required documentation provided on the IQA database.
- Verify part numbers against the documentation provided and ensure that the correct number of components was received.
- Understand and follow all relevant written and verbal instructions in the model’s documentation.
- Report and share findings with Group Supervisor and Assistant Group Leader.
- Comply with ESD guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications :
- Minimum High School Diploma, GED or international equivalent.
- Ability to distinguish colors in accordance with the ISHIRA test for color blindness.
- Basic Computer skills and understanding of the MS Office Suites.
- Ability to read, write, and orally communicate in English and have the ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions.
- Must have basic operational knowledge of how to use the equipment within the department.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to operate a computer keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
