Description

Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications.  With design, sales and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits’ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Position Summary:

Performs maintenance repairs to the building and all related systems and equipment.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job Functions:

• Installs and repairs electrical light fixtures etc.  & plumbing devices such as flushometers, faucets.
• Performs carpentry repairs, along with drop ceiling and floor tile repairs.
• Utilizes hand tools and powered hand tools while performing maintenance functions.
• Plastering, sheetrock installation and painting.
• Performs activities such as snow removal, production support and building emergencies as required.
• Perform any facility/maintenance-related job tasks.
• Uses voltage and amperage meters, pressure gauges and other test equipment while performing maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
• To work in accordance with all company procedures.
• Any other job-related activity as assigned by the Supervisor / Manager.
• To identify potential problems and notify Team Leader as necessary.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience in carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs in an industrial environment.
• Universal 608 HVAC certification.
• Knowledge of the various tools utilized in building maintenance.
• Should be capable of using electrical and mechanical testing equipment.
• Have a working knowledge of fire sprinklers and alarm systems, domestic water and sewage systems and electrical distribution systems.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

Training

• Hands-on training upon joining the company.
• In accordance with D3-HT00-53, Training Procedure for new Facilities Department members.
• Based on job performance as evaluated by the Team Leader / Supervisor / Manager.
• In accordance with D4-HT-85, Training verification form for Facilities members.
