Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications.  With design, sales, and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits’ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Our products are also used in detection, measurement, and imaging applications, including military communication, guidance, and electronic countermeasure systems, commercial, scientific, military land, sea, and aircraft; automotive systems, medical systems, and industrial test equipment.  

Mini-Circuits sells its products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, and sales representatives, as well as through our extensive website.  

Position Summary:

The SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Functional Lead will serve as an embedded functional expert and business-facing owner for the Supply Chain workstream within Project Everest.  This role owns the single largest scope portfolio in Project Everest, with responsibility for 29 Scope IDs spanning seven workstreams: Procurement (13 scope items), Inventory & Logistics (3), Warehouse Inbound (2), MRP/Planning (2), Quality-in-Procurement (2), GTS Trade Compliance (6), and Sales Fulfillment Monitoring (1). 

This individual will act as the primary bridge between Mini-Circuits’ Supply Chain Global Process Owners (GPOs), functional leaders, and subject matter experts and the SAP S/4HANA solution, driving fit-to-standard analysis, process, design, configuration oversight and GAP/KDD resolution, WRICEF specification, master data governance, testing and business readiness, and deployment across all Global Supply Chain Operations.  The successful candidate will bring deep SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain expertise, strong end-to-end Supply Chain knowledge, and practical experience leading business teams through ERP implementations while coordinating closely with our Systems Integration partner, the PMO, Finance, Manufacturing, IT, and cross-functional Process Champions at each site.

Salary Range: $145,000 - $160,000 per year

Project Everest:

Project Everest is Mini-Circuits’ strategic 24-month, three-wave SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation, replacing a landscape of legacy systems including Infor MAPICS/AS400, homegrown ERP systems, and Excel-based processes across five company codes and fourteen plants globally.  The project is structured across three deployment waves:

Wave 1 — United States | United Kingdom | Netherlands — Targeted Go-Live: September 2026 – August 2027

Wave 2 — Israel | Malaysia — Targeted Go-Live: September – December 2027

Wave 3 — India — Targeted Go-Live: January – May 2028

Job Function:

• Support the Global Supply Chain organization as our SAP S/4HANA functional expert throughout implementation and stabilization owning all functional activities across 29 Scope IDs spanning seven workstreams: Procurement, Inventory & Logistics, Warehouse Inbound, MRP/Planning, Quality-in-Procurement, GTS Trade Compliance, and Sales Fulfillment Monitoring 
• Lead fit-to-standard and solution design activities across all procurement and Procure-to-Pay processes, demand and supply planning, MPS/MRP, inventory and materials management, subcontracting, logistics, and related production planning interfaces; scope includes approximately 30,000+ purchase orders annually, PO approval workflows (Flexible Workflow/BRF+), scheduling agreements, subcontracting, MRO purchasing, and the full procure-to-pay cycle across five company codes and fourteen plants globally 
• Translate business requirements and align standard SAP solutions and processes from legacy practices, promoting the use of SAP standard functionality and fit-to-standard principles to minimize customization and drive process modernization across the organization 
• Identify and lead solutioning of cross-functional dependencies and integration requirements between Supply Chain and all intersecting workstreams, including Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales/Order Fulfillment, Trade Compliance, and other related workstreams 
• Advise Supply Chain GPOs, functional leaders, and SMEs on SAP capabilities, standard practices; lead design decision workshops, tradeoff analysis sessions, and business impact discussions to drive informed, documented process decisions and secure BPD sign-off across all workstreams 
• Lead Supply Chain master data design and validation, including key planning, procurement, inventory, and organizational parameters that drive process execution; scope encompasses approximately 40,000+ material master records, 250,000+ batch records, 5,000+ supplier business partners, Purchasing Info Records with manufacturer part number (MPN) logic, source lists, scheduling agreement parameters, MRP/planning parameters, and warehouse organizational structures 
• Develop and validate end-to-end Supply Chain test scenarios and support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and business validation across all 29 scope items; ensure GAP/KDD-related WRICEF enhancements and integrations are covered by adequate test scenarios and defect resolution is tracked to closure 
• Coach Supply Chain users and Process Champions across all global deployment sites and support the development of process documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer artifacts to prepare site-level users for go-live and post-stabilization self-sufficiency
• Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, deployment, hypercare, and stabilization of Supply Chain processes across all three deployment waves; participate actively in cutover execution activities including data migration validation, open PO and scheduling agreement cutover, inventory balance transfers, and go/no-go readiness assessments 
• Support defect triage and resolution by helping identify whether issues are related to process, configuration, data, integration, or user execution; serve as the functional escalation point for Supply Chain issues during SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases across all waves 
• Coordinate GTS/Trade Compliance activities across six scope items including ITAR/EAR export compliance checks embedded at PO creation and goods receipt, restricted party screening, embargo controls, customs export and import management, and tariff classification across all global entities

Supply Chain SAP S4/HANA Public Cloud – Scope IDs

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This position does not have direct supervisory responsibility but will provide functional guidance to Supply Chain Global Process Owners, SMEs, key users, and process champions involved in the SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, Master’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered
• 8+ years of relevant Supply Chain and ERP experience, with significant hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain modules as identified in the list of Scope IDs 
• Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud functionality strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience supporting multiple phases of SAP S/4HANA implementations, including fit-to-standard/design, testing, deployment, go-live, and stabilization; full lifecycle experience strongly preferred 
• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation experience strongly preferred 
• Deep functional knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes including procurement, planning/MRP, inventory management, production planning interfaces, subcontracting, and logistics 
• Working knowledge of SAP Flexible Workflow, BRF+, and GTS (Global Trade Services) functionality as applied to Supply Chain processes; hands-on configuration or design experience strongly preferred 
• Experience applying SAP standard functionality and fit-to-standard principles in transitioning organizations from legacy ERP processes; experience replacing legacy systems such as Infor MAPICS/AS400 or similar AS400-based ERPs is a strong plus 
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain master data, planning parameters, and organizational structures that influence SAP process execution 
• Experience writing or reviewing WRICEF functional specifications and coordinating cross-functional integration requirements across Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, and Trade Compliance workstreams; familiarity with PLM integration a plus  
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into SAP functional requirements and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders 
• Experience with end-to-end testing, defect resolution, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization in a global manufacturing environment 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Experience in global, high-mix or electronics manufacturing environments preferred
• Relevant SAP certifications such as SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, SAP EWM, or SAP GTS strongly preferred; APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM, CSCP) are a plus
