Position Summary:
The L2 Production Test Operator performs electrical tests on Mini-Circuits products (Production runs or Qualification runs) for all types of electrical parameters as assigned by the Supervisor, Team Leaders and or Manager.
  
Salary Range: $21.50 - $32.30 per hour
 
Job Function:
  • Prepare Test setup and perform testing using production test programs as per documented procedure.
  • To verify workstation is ESD safe before performing any work assignment.
  • Organize test setups, maintain test equipment, accessories, and tools.
  • To properly segregate all nonconforming products as per documented procedure.
  • To document all completed production run information per procedure.
  • To complete a Test failure report if applicable.
  • Save all required test data to the Network.    
  • Return Test Fixtures to designated hold area and properly maintain unused accessories.
  • To verify that any accessories used are cleaned and useable per CP-8001.
  • To report any discrepancies found in any test documents in use.
  • To verify Revision status of all documents and CP’S used to process assignments.
  • Document test information after completing a production run that meets all stated test requirements
  • Assist with Test setup preparation for Team Members.
  • Tuning, adjusting unit’s transformer wires per documented procedures.
  • Ability to move Test equipment occasionally (when required) for setup preparation or during Test and Calibration cycle.
  • Any other job-related activities as assigned by the Test Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma, GED or international equivalent with vocational background.
  • At least two years of technical or Trade school (TCI) preferred.
  • 6 months of work experience in related work environment.
  • Ability to distinguish colors in accordance with ISHIRA test for color blindness.
  • Ability to prepare simple report.
  • Basic knowledge of using Microsoft office tools such as Word and Excel.
  • Ability to read, write and orally communicate English.
