Overview of job
L’Atelier is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Senior Associate to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day activities on campaign management. She/he is overall in charge of full-media planning and executing.

Measures of success –
In three months:
  • Become familiar with all relevant media and finance systems, and the team processes
  • Provided support to the team as well as build knowledge of the media landscape
  • Started to build relationships with the key decision makers within the client and agency organizations
In six months:
  • Started to build an understanding of the Original Thinking Framework and how it is applied to the team’s processes and output
  • Experience in practice of the Mindshare media tools
  • Master client reporting and tracking of booked media
In 12 months:
  • Confidence and precision in updating media schedules
  • An understanding of how to construct a media campaign
  • Be the person whom the client goes to for day- to-day activities. Able to propose ideas and activities to answer identified challenges


Responsibilities of the role:
  • Digital planning (independent work with media vendor and client for the digital planning)
  • Handle the SEM and paid social advertising (with good knowledge for adwords and Facebook power editor system)
  • Handle the trafficking on DoubleClick
  • Full understanding of campaign tracking and reporting, able to execute independently in the accurately way
  • Data analysis for e-com client
  • Work with social content team to create social content and idea
  • Monitor that planned objectives are achieved
  • Ensure all agreed reports are supplied to clients on time
 
What you will need:
  • Willingness to learn, adapt and perform
  • Minimum 2 years of media planning (digital) experience, more experience 3 years of experience would be considered as senior associate
  • Good & clear communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a good degree of technical understanding
  • Must be organized and efficient while working on multiple tasks
  • Confident, contributing and not afraid of challenges
