We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic team member to drive this digital revolution in our US Personal Care business on Unilever - partnering with UL brand teams, agency and cross functional partners and the subject matter experts within the team to land brilliant E2E campaigns.   
 
Who You Are & What You’ll Do
 
You will bring dynamic attitude and passion to leading the CRM strategy agenda with our brands and agency partners, engaging consumers across all stages of their journey from awareness to advocacy, driving acquisition, conversion, retention, and fostering strong customer relationships to maximize lifetime value and fuel business growth.
 
You are a disciplined project manager that makes the trains run on time across complex business systems. You thrive under pressure and have experience in leading large cross-functional teams to deliver OTIF against tight deadlines. You are not afraid to walk off the beaten track - you will champion innovative ways of working and look for continuous improvement with an ambitious test & learn agenda, encouraging marketing that is fun, learns from failures and innovates every day to elevate Unilever’s capabilities and execution.
 
Last but not least - You LOVE marketing. You think and act strategically and creatively. You Get On The Front Line, providing world-class brand experiences and a deep understanding of what drives and influences sales and an outstanding consumer experience.
 
 What You’ll Need To Succeed 
  • Passion for digital marketing, and desire to leave a mark. 
  • Curiosity, a collaborative and positive can-do mindset will be key skills of the ideal candidate.  
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the digital marketing landscape  
  • Comfortable with using data throughout aspects of the role, turning consumer and social insights into great content.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $75,000 to $180,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
