Role Summary:

As an Affiliate Marketing Associate at GroupM, you will be on the specialist career track, receiving extensive training and mentorship in all aspects of affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing is a key component of GroupM’s performance-driven strategy, allowing brands to connect with consumers who may not follow them directly but have demonstrated interest in relevant products or services, or who fit within the brand’s target demographic. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the strategic execution of affiliate marketing campaigns, working closely with the client, affiliate networks, and key partners to optimize performance and achieve key business objectives and KPIs. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the affiliate marketing landscape including the dynamics of affiliate partnerships and the competitive environment.
    Support our client’s Affiliate Program, ensuring alignment with overall brand goals and performance metrics.
    Assist in the analysis of competitive and performance reports to identify areas for optimizations to drive better results.
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring timely communication and collaboration on promotional efforts.
    Help pitch new campaign ideas, partnerships, and initiatives, aligning with business goals and seasonal promotions.
    Maintain ad trackers, reports, and reoccurring processes with some direction, ensuring affiliates are set up for success and ready to promote key product launches or special offers.
    Prep meeting agendas, put together status materials, and assist the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic interest in: Media, Advertising, Digital Communications, Marketing, Business and/or Communications with a genuine interest in digital commerce.
  • Eagerness to build an exciting career in media to make advertising better for everyone.
  • Appreciation and enjoyment for numbers, statistics, and data including Excel as a part of your daily responsibilities.
  • Passion to solve problems and improve initiatives with a desire to leverage data and insights.
  • A growth mindset with the ability to challenge and stretch so that you learn from both achievements and mistakes.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting is $35,000-$50,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
