The Senior Manager Project Management position will play a key role in the ongoing success of Mindpath Health by executing on the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects for the Operations team.  The individual in this role will drive operational projects from discovery to execution by managing timelines, budgets, and resources against scope to the satisfaction of stakeholders. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, managing and communicating progress to all involved parties.  The Senior Manager Project Management will also identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Senior Leadership on strategic planning for current and upcoming initiatives
  • Continuously drive efforts to raise the bar on operational workflow optimization, patient experience, and technology utilization
  • Aid in definition of and adherence to project scope
  • Create and maintain project schedules from start to finish
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators in conjunction with key risk indicators after project launch
  • Manage change requests as they arise, collaborating with colleagues to adjust timelines and project scope as needed
  • Initiate and lead regular and ad hoc project meetings to monitor status and drive proactive escalation/resolution of issues
  • Draft, review, and update policies and procedures that ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Develop and update detailed standard operating procedures that translate policies into actionable efficient operational workflows
  • Conduct regular team meetings, monitor status, and drive proactive escalation/resolution of issues
  • Provide accountability across project team members to actively ensure that milestones are met, and any barriers are identified and appropriately resolved
  • Identify and assess gaps, differences, and risks in early phases of key initiative and propose/lead team’s execution of solutions to address such differences
  • Ensure collaboration and information sharing among workstreams by managing relationships through transparency, effective communication, and frequent updates
  • Ensure stakeholder feedback & buy-in is provided in a timely manner; Serve as liaison between project teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations/updates for executive team on project and/or portfolio of projects
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes and enhance team performance and productivity
  • Conduct project post-mortems and lessons learned sessions to capture insights and drive continuous improvement in project deliveryPerforms other related duties assigned or requested

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of position-related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience required
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to multi-task and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Ability to quickly navigate complex situations and interact smoothly with various levels of authority.
  • Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset, capable of handling complex issues with multiple dependencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize data and maintain information for reference.
  • Business acumen with a growth-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.

The pay for this position ranges from $98,000 to $110,000 per year. We offer full benefits (medical, dental, vision), paid time off, holiday pay, 401k, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, and more.
