We are looking for a dedicated, innovative, and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our wonderful team in Sacramento, CA in an exciting, one-of-a-kind opportunity to provide Esketamine treatment, Ketamine Infusion Therapy. Compensation/Benefits:

· Total earnings $180k-$210k+ (base and incentives)

· Hourly compensation available for part time option

· 4 weeks of PTO

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver cutting-edge treatments such as Ketamine Infusions and Esketamine while monitoring patient responses for optimal care adjustments and working with an expert team of doctors and nurses

· Provide medication management to patients struggling with mental illness with a focus on depression and anxiety disorders

· Assesses the mental health status of patients through medical history examination, comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and risk factor identification to determine diagnosis and formulate a plan of care.

· Continually enhance your knowledge and clinical experience.

· Establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with patients and colleagues.

· Cultivate an inclusive, warm, and inviting clinic environment.

· Potential to learn and deliver other interventional modalities such as TMS

· Maintain timely and accurate charting of clinical encounters in an Electronic Health Records (EHR) platform.

· Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

· Precisely code clinical encounters with CPT and ICD-10 codes.

Qualifications:

· At least one (1) year of post-graduate experience in a behavioral health setting as a PMHNP (preferred).

· Preference given for psychiatric experience and experience with ketamine.

· New graduates motivated to learn are welcome to apply.

· All candidates must have a valid and current, unrestricted, state NP and Furnishing license without any disciplinary action(s).

· Candidate must hold a valid degree, Master’s degree (or higher), from an accredited institution.

· Candidate must have a valid state DEA registration (preferred).

· Candidate must have ANCC PMHNP Board Certification.
