Molitor Financial group is looking for Experienced Loan Officers to join our team. Molitor Financial group is a boutique residential lender with a big bank ability. Responsibilities
- Conduct initial home-buying meetings with clients, review financials, and recommend loan solutions under lending guidelines and clients' preferences.
- Collect & review documents to ensure supporting documentation is met.
- Manage personal pipeline and oversee all customer interactions to achieve a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, borrowers, and processors, to ensure top-tier customer service.
- Provide borrowers with weekly updates via phone & email.
- Manage a portfolio of customer relationships.
- Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business.
- Seek future opportunities to retain and develop new clients.
- Participate & collaborate in weekly sales calls.
- Maintain required licensing and training for compliance.
- Additional related duties may be assigned, as required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience is preferred.
- Active NMLS with 2+Loan Originator Licenses.
- Must have existing Referral Partner relationships.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Professional, self-motivated & organized.
- Solid understanding of lending products and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct yourself as a positive ambassador for Molitor Financial Group in all communications and actions, internally and externally.
- Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and apply the knowledge to daily processes.
